I don't have a credit card/ PayPal account! Can i still purchase your awesome stuff?

Hell yes! Just click on the Contact page and state the item you wish to purchase as the subject title. Give us your details (including your phone number) and we will get back to you via email or phone within two working days to work out your order.

Why is everything sold out?!

All our releases are produced in certain quantities, which we do not restock once they're sold out. Number one rule in our book: First come, first served. So follow us onTwitter and on Facebook to stay updated with our latest releases.

How long will shipping take?

Domestic purchases (within Malaysia) will take about 2 business days, while international purchases will take 7 to 14 days to arrive.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or regular account payments, all through PayPal. We also accept bank transfers/deposits via Maybank or Public Bank, just click Contact to find out more.

How secure is this store?

We use PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Definitely the safest way to pay online.
